About Our Company
Access Property Investments Ltd. opened office in May 1990, at the corner of Duke and Tower Streets, Kingston, Jamaica W.I.
With established performance in the brokering of private and public assets for all aspects of the Jamaican property market, we serve local and foreign investors with the provision of services necessary for the buying and or selling of real estate in Jamaica.
Our brokerage offers personalized attention with high emphasis on effective communication, quality service and the preservation of confidentiality, provided by certified, experienced, dedicated and professional consultants.
Since January 2003, our office was relocated to our current address at No. 3 Easton Avenue, Kingston 5, accessible both from Old Hope Road (just below Seymour Avenue) and off Windsor Avenue (near the intersection of Windsor and Seaview Avenue) in the Seymour Lands area.
Mr Raymond L. Treasure joined the firm in January 2004 with years of experience in property marketing. He was previously the manager for Scotia Jamaica Building Society prior to retirement from the bank.
Henry Kettle, since May 2005, has been a part of our sales team. He was previously employed to the Victoria Mutual Building Society as a mortgage/loan officer and also a Branch Manager at the time of his recruitment. He qualified at UTECH having completed the real estate salesman course in early 2005.
Aubyn Ferguson joined the sales team in January 2006.
